Artistically done!

There were a few mistakes I picked up throughout the course of the movie. Firstly, you skipped number 5 in the list :P Other than that, it's just grammar here and there. It was also a very, very slow presentation. It really doesn't take that long to read a page, and I was going to attempt to write this review while I watched it, but the movie progressed just a little too fast for me to get more than a sentence in. It would have been neat if you speeded things up a bit.

57600 babies are born a day. 40000 children alone die from preventable diseases. The problem with overpopulation is that it's exponential, and that the more people we have populating the Earth, the more people there are going to be.

I found this flash while going to random submissions, and I've been thinking about this problem for a long time myself. While I do agree with you in saying that there will indubitably be epidemics and plagues and diseases that will wipe out billions, and sooner or later bacteria will become immune to all but the most potent of medicines, I don't believe it's healthy to wait that long. We'll have damaged the planet beyond repair, wreaked havoc on every ecosystem left, and viruses and bacteria and such will reign on the corpses of the infinite dead matter. I've been thinking about this problem for a long time, too, and I was most appreciative to see someone make a serious attempt at explaining and solving it. Unfortunately, I don't think waiting around is really going to solve everything in the longrun.

However, I've also realised, through the production of this film, that either way, a great deal of us are going to die. Whether by taking overpopulation into my own hands, gaining control of the world through military force (and thus wiping out about half of it), and then resuming populating control via birthrate, or whether we all simply die of bird flu, the end result is the same. Somehow, humankind is going to finish itself (and probably the Earth) off. It's a depressing thought, isn't it? It shouldn't be. Seeing as we're most likely doomed, regardless, why worry? Enjoy life, slow down the damnation process by recycling and not littering, and be merry.

*sigh* Ah well. We've all gotta die some time. I'm just sorry that we've screwed the world over and caused so much suffering to the other occupants of this planet, as well as ourselves. If only we'd learned how to be good guests, and to walk lightly on the earth as other creatures do.

Saved to favourites, in the hopes someone else will find this.

PS: Absolutely adorable credits. And I was actually talking to my computer when it asked me if I really wanted to know.
"Yes. I do. Yes really! Yes! Get on with it!" =)

ZipLock-Studios responds:

Wow. i have to say that your review has got to be the best I've received EVER. Thank you so much for taking the time you did to write this.

*wipes tear* Ohhh that's good.

The Japanese version! Lol, I like. I've always wondered why they censored Link's hard earned rewards at the end of the games.

This is as original and witty as the previous two movies- something rare amongst sprites these days. I'd be repeating myself from the previous two reviews I wrote, so I'll just round it up; quality. Quality in all aspects a flash movie can aspire towards. Take your time with producing the next one- the longer it takes, the better it'll be, right?

VicHD responds:

Yeah, just like the Zelda games (including OoT and hopefully Twilight Princess soon). The longer you wait, the better it'll be.
I won't rush the next episode. I prefer to take my time with it and deliver the best jokes possible.
Thanks for your review.

I say!

Well I do say, that was rather peculiar. Not much of a nice guy, is he? Crazy fella. Didn't really like it all that much- the idea is over-rated and overused. Too much senseless violence, and whilst stick movies are useful for developing skills, they don't really belong unless they're as spectacular as, say, this. You've done exceptionally well, though I disagree with your choice of music. Nonetheless, not too shabby at all! Just work on developing graphics a little more, and perhaps going for more of a general movie rather than a sequence of strange and scary events.

sleeeeep responds:

thanks.. at first i tough u were gonna say it was stinky... but hey ya liked it... thanks for the review.. i got other movies to if ya wanna gimmie some tips as well

Lol, aww... Aww that was so cute! The dream pictures were too. Really special 3D graphics for the rest of the room, (and neat sweeping camera angles) but really simple and creative ones for the eggs. They fitted really quite perfectly! That's also possibly the greatest music I've heard in some time. An adorable idea, though you really have to feel sorry for that poor egg. Though I'm sure you're aware of it, occassionally the sound for the egg cracking comes early, but sometimes it's on time. I also thought the skipping scenes and going straight to the credits was a very thoughtful idea and added just that little bit more. In short, your movie is simple, but adorable!

PS: I noticed the Kerrigan mug! And the poster on the table's mirrored. I like your attention to detail!

The-Big-Picture responds:

Wow,I can't believe that you actually noticed those tiny details!

LOL! Oh my gosh that music made me laugh so much. By the other reviews, I'm guessing the music was from homestarrunner? Hilarious nonetheless.

I also love your attitude in replying to reviews, you've got a cool sense of humour. The movies are a little more random and a whole lot more senseless than No. 3 though, so after watching them I can see why you shot him and it's a little too senseless.

I have to say the only real thing good about this one was the music, the rest was pretty much as crap as everyone else said it is. Sorry to admit it.

Fortman responds:

Hey, I didn't shoot Friggy because this stuff is senseless. I shot him because I wanted some violence in the episode, and apparently that made it turn out funny. Hmm. In Episode 1, P didn't die just because F jumped through him. After 3 I just got bored, I considered redoing the whole thing and making new episodes, but all my "animations" are just one-joke gags that happen to come to me. I don't want them to be more than that. And I like the idea of a...flat rock so retarded that he sleeps with a gorilla. Anyway, I'm not defending myself here, but I just felt like giving a bit of inside information about why I made these.

Lol I had to watch this twice before I laughed. It was.. yeah okay this one wasn't nearly as good as your 3rd one, but it was somehow both disturbing and hilarious at once. I don't think you really needed to include that picture, but it did add the touch you needed even if it was offputting. I didn't like this one too much, but yeah it was pretty decent. The sound was cool, I liked that =p

Fortman responds:

Heh, heh, heh. These were just little gags I came up with in about 3 seconds and made in Flash in about the same number of minutes. I didn't make them for Newgrounds, just wanted to make them. I'm personally surprised that they even made it in. But if you don't like pictures of hot women, even if they are blocked by a little wild-haired grey egg, there's something wrong with you, mate.

Um... Yeah that's a good word to describe this. Um. It was kinda sucky. I'm sure it was an interesting idea parodying commercials, but it really wasn't all that worthwhile. The graphics and voices were fantastic, don't get me wrong, but the whole idea was really just quite, quite lame. Done well, but without much of a point. I didn't particularly like it and I didn't find it all that funny, but it was a good movie otherwise.

mumbla responds:

the point was to sell milk bandages! were you not paying attention?

You forgot the "what the" before fuck. Didn't really get the point of this if it was a joke, it's really very pathetic if it's not.

~VelvetDarkRocks~

numbers responds:

Pathetic: maybe.

A joke: Are you out of your fucking mind?

Clearly you haven't watched the movie if you can't grasp my point.

Or maybe I'm just a shitty writer.
