Nah, this isn't your best. I think alot of people love your movies too much to actually put it in words, but this one came out as pretty stupid. It didn't really have much to it, and it was one of your shorter movies, and in all honesty it wouldn't have survived the portal if people didn't already love your claymations. It wasn't really all that flashy, but hey it was okay.

Lol that last guy's review made me thought you might have juuuuust made a serious movie for once, but hey. Nobody cares do they?

Still, not a bad little joke but nothing seriously worth cracking up about. Not too shabby, not too brilliant, but it was pretty funny nonetheless.

Well, I don't exactly know the point of this, but Sakura's pretty so I gave you a 4. It proooooooobably didn't deserve that.

Okay, what the hell? Lol yeah that's not a bad sort of "wth", that's a "Heh heh, that's random!" sort of what the hell. I liked it but, man it was abstract.

Yeah it was funny, random but funny. I liked the voices, the animation was decent but I didn't get a few of the jokes. There's not really alot of things I can say about this... Original, but a little too weird to be brilliant.

It really makes you think, doesn't it? Like nubba_wit_a_gun captured very well, "Why do we fight?"

Though the authors comments did confuse me a little (war against humanity itself?), I do think I got the movie. This was another planet that had been warring for centuries, the new advanced technology and weapons, and it was just about one of those wars. The beginning and the end held the most significance, but I think the purpose of this message was to make a statement about the wars on Earth. I'm not sure though, so hey. Despite the fact I may or may not have gotten the point of the movie, I'm left with the feeling it was amazingly well done and very deep, so kudos to you.

The graphics and animation were purely dumbfounding. You did tremendously well with those, but there is still some room from improvement if you wouldn't take that as an insult. On my normal ratings scale, 10 is unbelievably well done, but you would have gotten an 11 as far as graphics were concerned.

The sound, well the music I found was really cool and upbeat, it just had that... that factor that made it really awesome. You rarely find music like that. The voices were well done, but it sounded as if the English language was manipulated or deliberately changed so it was just out of interpretation. I'm not sure if you intended that, but it does puzzle me a little. Regardless, another 10 for that. Oh and the 7 for humour was during that speech when the guy threw his arms up. The quality had dropped several notches, it just made me laugh to see. My apologies, I did stop myself very soon after lol.

I also like the in-movie menu lol. The extra features and other assets to the movie were also a wonderful asset, just gave it that little bit more. I also liked the pre-loader alot, the Flyborg button's really cool, you're actually pretty artistically talented, and I like your handwriting =)

Though the most important thing about a movie to me is not the graphics, music or sound, but what it's about. Regardless, this amazing submission is going on my favourites list.

Oh, and for the sake of those innocent little kitties, I actually *did* go to your site. I like it, it's cool, on my favourites so I can get back to it later.

Um... Yeah that's a good word to describe this. Um. It was kinda sucky. I'm sure it was an interesting idea parodying commercials, but it really wasn't all that worthwhile. The graphics and voices were fantastic, don't get me wrong, but the whole idea was really just quite, quite lame. Done well, but without much of a point. I didn't particularly like it and I didn't find it all that funny, but it was a good movie otherwise.

the point was to sell milk bandages! were you not paying attention?

Inspired by that last unappreciative idiot, I viewed this tutorial because I know things are very rarely as bad as people claim them to be.

Quite a decent tutorial for beginners and people looking how to make basic animation, but not really helpful otherwise. Not bad, not exactly good either, but you did pretty well.

You forgot the "what the" before fuck. Didn't really get the point of this if it was a joke, it's really very pathetic if it's not.

numbers responds:

Pathetic: maybe.

A joke: Are you out of your fucking mind?

Clearly you haven't watched the movie if you can't grasp my point.

Or maybe I'm just a shitty writer.

I personally don't see what's so good about this. It was a cool movie for the fight scene, but the rest did seem like a pretty big nothing to me. The game was a cinch, but the graphics were decent. The animation seemed fairly smooth, but really there wasn't alot to this movie. I would give it as much credit as everyone as is giving it, but that's just my opinion. It's promising, that's for sure, but this is more of a teaser than a movie. Not a great deal of the plot was revealed in this, but I hope you can pull out another one soon.

GunChest responds:

VelvetDarkRocks,
Yeah, it was much of a teaser, the movie is on it's way with more to reveal! Hang in there and visit GunChest often.

Again, as one of the greatest Zelda fans alive, I have to admit this was an amazing movie. I'm afraid there's lots of improvements I can suggest, and I pray for your forgiveness here, I loved the movie itself but there's alot that could have made it better.

-The intro... well you made it seem like you were trying too hard. You don't need devastating words to make an effect of terror.
-When the knight of Hyrule was speaking the lip sync was really out.
-Zelda was obviously pregnant but it was very much exaggerated, or that's one huge baby. Her lips were rather bloated as well.
-There's no way all the knights he killed were hundreds.
-Sometimes Link's sword disappeared when he was dodging and things. You might want to have put it in the sheathe on his back if he's not going to use it. The same deal with his quiver, bow and longshot.
-Arrows don't make people explode lol. Maybe if it was the Light Arrow, but a normal arrow doesn't tear through people and make them fall apart.
-For the record, Link is left handed =P
-People don't really fall apart when you swing a sword at them. The deaths were all pretty similar, the interesting thing was how he killed them.
-At the end scene, Link and Zelda's eyes were absolutely huge.
-In the credits, you didn't mention using the Song of Time for the intro.
-The music just cut off from the battle scene, you might have wanted to time it to fade out at a certain point in the song, or choose different music altogether. Generally songs with lyrics aren't all that effective because when the scene is over you have to cut off the words in mid-sentence, like you did. You might want to look for another song if you have the patience.

I'd just like to add here, you did amazingly well drawing the skull-faced leader of Ganon's army, that was really awesome animation. Just when he turned into a spider... I had no idea that was a spider until he shot the web. I honestly don't mean any offence, but it looked like a huge black blob, you should try to define features(abdomen, legs, whatever you could) more clearly in the future.

The graphics themselves weren't all that special, but for such a long movie with smooth animation, camera styles/angles and a generally kick-ass plot, it didn't really matter all that much. You've done really well in making this, make no mistake about that, but I just thought I'd give you as much constructive criticism as I could. You're really a true Zelda fan for making such amazing tributes, my personal thanks to you for that Scott.

And little Link made me smile =)
