Meep!

Lol wow! Awesome preloader! (Note: That was written before watching the movie. Now that I have....)

Lol!! AWWWWWWWWWWWWW that was hilarious! Absolutely fanTASTIC! Purely GENIUS! I'm using too many caps lol. *sigh* Whoa never saw that one coming. Lol so cute! Absolutely fantastic plot! Random and cute, the most *adorable* music I've ever heard and cool voices! Really tidy graphics. And you included Link's blue earring! You remind me so much of my friend Raph who would probably do this comic if she hasn't already. You madam are absolutely brilliant. Favourite favourite favourite!

And for the record, I'm not normally this bouncy. Your movie was just so hilarious and awesome. And that end commentary, oh! And the credits, omigosh! Lol you guys so totally rock. Absolutely brilliant, though I didn't quite get the Triforce pun. Little help to a now-loyal-fan?

Lol, aww... Aww that was so cute! The dream pictures were too. Really special 3D graphics for the rest of the room, (and neat sweeping camera angles) but really simple and creative ones for the eggs. They fitted really quite perfectly! That's also possibly the greatest music I've heard in some time. An adorable idea, though you really have to feel sorry for that poor egg. Though I'm sure you're aware of it, occassionally the sound for the egg cracking comes early, but sometimes it's on time. I also thought the skipping scenes and going straight to the credits was a very thoughtful idea and added just that little bit more. In short, your movie is simple, but adorable!

PS: I noticed the Kerrigan mug! And the poster on the table's mirrored. I like your attention to detail!

The-Big-Picture responds:

Wow,I can't believe that you actually noticed those tiny details!

Woooo~

I think that was one of the far greater sprite battles I've seen. I barely know anything about SF, know plenty about MK, but I thought you did really well with putting the two together. Chun Li's my favourite character, Raiden's possibly the coolest, but hey you included both of them! It was a pleasant change from the senseless character-bashing ones, but story or no story, it was awesome. This one really had more of a purpose to it, I thought the story was perfect.

The fight scenes were amazingly choreographed (sp?) and incredibly well co-ordinated. You did fantastically in that department. That is, making the fight look cool. It did get a tiny bit repetative when Rayden and Ken were fighting in bullet time, but otherwise everything was great. And you even included that dab of romance! Excellent contribution to the portal, awesome music and basically the works. That's a very cool menu by the way.

What I'm curious about it; how are you a stunt co-ordinator? Nicely done sir. =)

Wha?

Lol what the hell? Heh heh that was great! You did an amazing job with the simple but effective graphics, and their attacks were incredibly well-developed and very smoothly animated, exceptionally well in that department! Sound effects were wicked, and though admittedly I've never played FF, I found it awesome! Lol it was actually pretty funny, very nice stuff!

Omigosh!

Omigosh that was so... awwwwwwwww uber cute!! One of the most perfect character designs I have ever seen in my life. That could give Bitey of Brackenwood's little yellow thing a run for its money! Awww, did you see the eyes?! And aww that was such an amazing choice of fantasy music. The graphics were simple but superb, and everything's just perfect! Except that little guy dying, poor fella/lass.

Lol cutesy! There's absolutely no way I can let this go without a 5, a ten, and a very warm favourite's spot. Excellenté!

Interesting.

Oooookidokie, that was a little weird. I have to admit, I didn't particularly like the graphics, but the animation was amazing. It's an interesting idea, and you conveyed everything very well, especially with symbolism I didn't quite understand (if it had any meaning at all, the repeated smily faces and all that) but I thought it was a little abstract, but somehow charming. Nice going.

Lol what the hell?!

I'm not normally for cheap jokes like this but I have to admit, about half way through I warmed up to it. It's uh, a little disturbing, and I couldn't hear much of what he was saying because my brother's playing the piano, but it was actually kind of inticing in its own gross way. Nice! Kinda..

Yo!

Lol okay, I warmed up to the series. I admit, they did all seem relatively similar (take this as a review for the series), you wouldn't go too far astray if you combined them all into one movie with a scene selection. Nevertheless, the graphics aren't that great, the voices are the best part, the jokes made me crack up a few times. The sound effects are decent, the songs really are rather abstract, but nonetheless, I think it's a really cool idea making a movie about how to get with a chick. First time I've heard the term tang, but fair enough. I actually liked the series, nice going, but you've seriously got to remove the song "Everyone has Aids".

I've dealt with my side of the bargain, but I still think it was worth it. Nifty series you got here!

Ryan-Smith responds:

Well thanks for stickin with the series, I hope you continue to enjoy our work, and I'm glad we introduced you to tang.

Well, I admit. I watched it for the title, thinking "What oh what could this be about with a 250kb filesize. Surprisingly humourous, I commend you on that, though admittedly I didn't watch the other episodes.

If you reply, I won't be lazy and shall oblige. If not, then I *shall* be lazy and *not* oblige. Fair?

And by the way, I posted on your site under the alias VelvetDarkRocks. Please email me if you reply, because I'll most certainly forget. I know I sound weird lol, but I'm just offering. Still, still....

I thought it was (judging from the title) a good idea at any rate, nice going with the cute shorts. I was wondering why you actually left out the girl though, but fair enough.

~VelvetDarkRocks~

Ryan-Smith responds:

We left her out because I can't draw girls very well and she is really hot so I would do her no justice. We dont have any pictures of her so we didn't put any in. The first about two hundred views got a rare chance to see her in the first episode, but due to complaints i took the picture out.

Hm... It's one of those things that still make you think. You did quite a decent summary of 1984, though you did leave out some crucial points, especially room 101. Excellent choice of music, it did add to the atmosphere of hopelessness. The graphics were admittedly not quite up to scratch. They were very messy, so try not to make them look like "They'll know what this is supposed to be", draw them and re-draw them over until you think they're perfect. (Don't watch my movies, they're old lol.) Also avoid making the shading too radical.

You did make the War, and Big Brother a bit vague though, but I suppose you didn't want to make it too length to match the end of the song. I'm also guessing you were going for symbolism rather than according directly to the book, but I'm curious as to why you made the movie in the first place.

The worst scene of the movie was easily O'Brien bashing Winston. I know it's easier to copy and paste arms and things, but don't make them come in from odd angles. Their long faces and wiry hair bothered me, try not to make their hair too wild if you want to do the individual strands, and again, avoid the radical change in blending the colours. The same goes for blood, the book was a lot more brutal and without Room 101, you don't know if Winston has really accepted Big Brother. Still, you did pretty well on the symbolism side of things in such a short time frame, but you also covered the plotline, so good work. Just patch up the graphics and perhaps re-publish it and it'll be a fine piece of work.
